Well this is my first attempt at blogging and I am not sure how anyone interested can see my blog but will find that out in time. for now just to say we have been cruising for 3 weeks, stopping over in various places - some good some not so good, had cappy and rob stay with us for a week whilst cruising towards york and experiencing rivers and rather large and sometimes complicated locks and bridges. It was great having them and was surprised how all four of us were quite comfortably accommodated on our boat. I was grateful to have Rob to be there when I had no idea how to operate a bridge as when I felt a fool he could share half of that humiliation. Anyway thats all for now, we have left york city and heading for Linton-on-Ouse for the weekend as going to a family (forman) barbeque this weekend and need somewhere secure to leave boat. this is not the most interesting blog but I will get better
